SHIPMENT PROSUDER I payment
No order limit. To cancel or change an order, please contact us within 2 hours of the order being placed. If there is a return of goods by the customer, all shipping costs are added by 10% of the original stock price of the bill to be issued. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Loss of goods or goods cannot be reported to Soaphora customer service within 48 hours after the delivery date. After 48 hours, we receive every shipment has been received.
PaymentWe accept money transfer through any banking, cash and ATM Cash Deposit.
Private ChequeIf paying by personal check, please make sure the check is paid in the name of Syamin Ilham Venture. We will wait for the checque to be approved by the bank before shipping the goods. So, if you want goods quickly, you need to go to any nearby ATM branch or directly make a payment transfer through the internet banking system.
Delivery processUsually, the time taken for delivery is 3-5 working days (ready stock) & 2 weeks (pre order) before it reaches the customer. We will always ensure that every delivery process runs smoothly. A short message via the Whatsapp application will be sent to the customer for delivery confirmation information.

Returns & Refund

Since the sales products are based on household products, we do not accept any returns. In other words, for certain reasons, essential products and related products cannot be returned. We will not accept any products purchased as long as the goods are still usable by the customer. All sales are final. Please read and understand the terms and conditions before making any purchase or transaction. All products are constantly updated. Since the products we sell are quality products, we will always ensure that the goods are not kept for too long and the stock of goods will change from time to time. Products will be replaced, money will not be refunded. If there is a delivery due to our error or damage during the delivery of the goods. Substitutions are not allowed for other product ordering errors, disinterest or dislike is your own problem, or the product has been modified in any way.

Customer InformationWe receive customer information via email/order via whatsapp. Please send personal details for delivery of goods including name, address, email, phone number and payment information. We will also get other information for those who are interested in becoming our business partners. We will not obtain any information about the financial status of business partners.
We have the power and full right to publish the name and details related to the business partner or his picture, articles about the business partner, testimonials of the business partner or other details that we deem appropriate in our print, electronic or any media for the purpose of advertising, declaration, announcement or for our benefit without prior approval, notice or permission from the business partner. These rights remain and exist even after the termination of the Membership Rights. The copyright of any such material rests and remains entirely with us at all times and we reserve the right to publish the same material at any time we deem fit without any claim, resistance or hindrance from our business partners.
We will not allow any business dealings with teenagers and children aged 17 and under.
How Do We Obtain Customer Order Information?We received your order information.You will receive a short message via the whatsapp application for payment information and the cost of shipping your order. Please state your payment information by replying to our whatsapp message. Once we receive proof of payment, you will receive another order for delivery confirmation from us. At any time you can add or cancel your order from us by contacting us on the whatsapp application or email to syamin.hr@gmail.com How Is Your Information Shared?We do not sell or rent any of your personal information. If any irregularities are found, legal action will be taken immediately. We will store the customer's information and will ensure that the goods reach the customer's hands safely.
